About the Author:

Gary M. Grobman  is the author of Improving Quality and Performance in Your Non-Profit Organization, The Nonprofit HandbookThe Nonprofit Organization's Guide to E-Commerce, and the coauthor of The Non-Profit Internet Handbook. He is an adjunct professor of nonprofit management for Grantz College and a special projects director for White Hat Communications, a publishing and nonprofit consulting organization. He lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Gary B. Grant is the coauthor of The Non-Profit Internet Handbook. A former practicing attorney, associate dean for external affairs for the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago, and a senior major-gifts officer for the University of Chicago Medical Center, he is currently a director of major gifts for the National Alzheimer's Association. He lives in Washington, DC.
