About the Author
Bill Goler taught in both special and mainstream schools and his career has included being deputy head in a primary school and a headteacher of a special school for children with learning and behavioural needs. For 10 years he was a local authority advisor and school improvment officer for special needs and disability and was the lead officer in delivering training on the Common Assessment Framwork across his local authority.
