This is a practical guide written by an employee compensation practitioner for accountants, lawyers and other advisers to unquoted businesses.
Tax law in this area is in a period of substantial change, with new rules on share plans being introduced in 2003 and significantly amended in 2004, and an entirely new pensions regime being introduced in 2006.
