Several readers have written in to comment that a few books recommended in Planet Law School were out of print.

The Blum book (on Contracts) is published by Aspen. This book IS available, but you must call the publisher. (I included their 800# in Planet Law School, along with the numbers of the other publishers.) The Bloom & Brodin book (Criminal Procedure) has a second edition in the works (which might not be available for a while), but you should still be able to get the first edition through the publisher.

As for the Delaney book on Legal Reasoning, my secretary called and confirmed that it is, indeed, out of print...but only temporarily. A revised edition is in the works. Unfortunately, the publisher misjudged their stock and ran out of the first edition. (They evidently decided not to reprint before the revised edition.) You might find it still in stock in some local bookstores, however. You probably won't need the Delaney book until you're closer to finals, but it truly is good. Try to get it from the library or a used book store. You might call the publisher and ask for the revised edition as soon as it's available.

Because these books are in a class by themselves, I won't recommend others: nothing else is of equally high quality. Also, I know of no others published since Planet Law School that could replace, or exceed, them, so I'll maintain my recommendations of them.
