About the Author

Terry Carroll has had two careers. He qualified as an accountant banker and corporate treasurer. This part of his career involved him with the financial services industry and he was an FD and Chief Executive of a major financial service company. He established his present company Hollins Consulting in 1994 and after a spell as MD of an International HR and Recruitment Consultancy he decided to focus on Personal Coaching. Having integrated NLP skills into the business Terry now works with teams and individuals in business and private practice to facilitate personal growth and development.
