Geraldine Monk is a Lancastrian who lives in Yorkshire. Her book Interregnum (Creation Books 1995) centred around East Lancashire and the Pendle witches, her book Escafeld Hangings (West House Books 2005) centred around South Yorkshire and Mary Queen of Scots. Her latest book Lobe Scarps & Finials (Leafe Press 2011) centres around the moon and raccoons.
