Nadine Abensur was born in Morocco to French-Jewish parents. She draws on a rich culinary heritage to create delicious recipes with flavours broadly influenced by the Middle East and Mediterranean. She worked in restaurants around the world before setting up her own vegetarian catering company, Culinary Arts. For five years, she was the Food Director of the UK vegetarian restaurant group, Cranks. Nadine now divides her time between London and Australia, where she runs cookery courses and and a small catering business. She also owns art piece gallery near Byron Bay, another string to her creative bow.
