David Singleton OBE was a teacher, inspector and consultant. He worked in many countries around the world and now lives on the edge of the West Pennines. He is an essayist and poet. This book describes the adventures and misadventures of his early life, many of them in the company of his boyhood friend Mickey Megson.

About the Author
David Singleton OBE is a poet and essayist. He lives on the outskirts of Bolton, where he spends most of his time walking on the West Pennines. He was formerly an inspector of schools and a director of a worldwide education company. He has worked in Central Europe, the Middle East and China.
