Synopsis

Detecting a hurricane is one thing, but, like human life, predicting where it will go is another. Set in the wilderness of southern Florida, Riders From The Storm grips the reader as the 1935 hurricane, the worst ever recorded, sweeps through the lives in its path, slaughtering the wealthy and poor alike and leaving some with nothing but torn clothes. It is an epic story of three men, a woman, and a boy, in an enthralling tale of love, strength, survival, and the power of the human spirit, capturing the complexities of 20th-century America
