Find the right interiors recipe to personalize your home with colour expert and best-selling author Annie Sloan CBE, the creator of Chalk Paint™.
In Find Your Style with Annie Sloan, the renowned paint effects guru and colour expert considers what makes a successful interior. Style and colour lie at the heart of the matter, but both can be stumbling blocks for the amateur decorator. Annie reveals how to achieve your chosen style by creating moodboards and understanding key factors, such as scale, display and layout, before examining nine timeless decorating styles: French Elegance, Neoclassical, Traditional Swedish, Vintage Floral, Modern Retro, Boho Chic, Coastal Style, Rustic Country and Warehouse Style. She also addresses the techniques you’ll need to recreate these styles in your own home: colour theory, using storytelling with pictures and collected treasures, style fusion (combining your favourite styles) and, of course, paint techniques. With a wealth of practical advice, this book will inspire you to identify and decorate using your own particular style. Find Your Style with Annie Sloan is a fantastic new edition of the previously published Annie Sloan's Room Recipes for Style and Colour.
