Bartender and writer Chad Parkhill takes you on a whirlwind tour of the places that have shaped the history of the cocktail from its birth to the present day, with recipes so you can follow along at home. About the Author
Chad Parkhill is a writer and bartender who lives in Melbourne, Australia. His written work has appeared in a number of literary journals and websites including the UK's The Quietus.
