In order to increase the heat transfer rate, numbers of methods are proposed such ascorrugated fins of the heat transfer area and orientation of the flow using different geometricprofiles and designs. These methods, which aim at improving heat transfer, have beenanalyzed analytically and experimentally by many researchers. The flat plate, circularcorrugated fins is more compare than square corrugated fins. Such that heat exchangers aremade up of large number of fins, square plates of high thermal conductivity , with gapsbetween plates being provided by spacers. attempt is made in the present work to air flow in a heat exchanger andto study the performance for both plates are flat plate, circular corrugated fins, squarecorrugated fins are used.
