About the Author
Hervie Haufler is a veteran of World War II. He participated in both the British and the US codebreaking task forces. While preparing the manuscripts for his two nonfiction titles, Codebreakers’ Victory: How the Allied Cryptographers Won World War II and The Spies Who Never Were: The True Story of the Nazi Spies Who Were Actually Allied Double Agents, he researched thoroughly in the public archives on his subjects and conducted interviews with other veterans of the programs.
