Arthur T. Coumbe is the command historian, U.S. Army Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, Virginia. He received a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy, a Ph.D. from Duke University, and is a graduate of the Army Management Staff College. Dr. (LTC-Retired) Lee S. Harford, Jr., Ph.D., is the Director/Chief of Military History for the US Army Reserve (USAR). Paul N. Kotakis serves as the Deputy Director of Marketing and Outreach (G7/9), U.S. Army Cadet Command.
