Karen S. Ivers is Assistant Professor at California State University, Fullerton, California. Ann E. Barron is Associate Professor of Instructional Technology, College of Education, University of South Florida, Tampa. She received the Alumni Award for Outstanding Teaching and Service and the Teaching Incentive Award for Outstanding Teaching.
