Dr. Shallenberger has been practicing medicine since 1973. From the very beginning he recognized that what he was taught in medical school was limited to diagnosing what goes wrong and then prescribing drugs or procedures to help with the symptoms. But he wanted to know more than just symptomatic care. He believed our bodies were created with self healing mechanisms. It is these mechanisms that are broken down by poor lifestyle choices, false belief systems, lack of properly performed exercise, and toxins. His passion has been to find therapies that can prevent this breakdown from happening and can repair the damage when it has already happened. The secret? - Oxygen. All healing centers around the effective use of oxygen. Dr. Shallenberger is the President of the American Academy of Ozonotherapy, and is the author of The Principles and Applications of Ozone Therapy, a textbook for medical professionals.
