Elisa has been on a health journey for almost 10 years now. It started with a purpose to cure her skin from acne naturally by choosing a healthier diet, by increasing the consumption of plant foods and raw foods. She got certified as a Natural Health Practitioner and published her best-selling raw food recipe book in Estonia. She started her own company, gave numerous classes and courses teaching about raw foods and the importance of good nutrition.
