About the Author

I have been involved in emergency response for more than thirty years both in a professional and voluntary capacity. As a Basic Life Support Instructor I teach both the medical profession and the general public. I also teach various levels of First Aid and Emergency First Response. People are very aware that accidents and sudden illnesses can happen anytime, and sometimes our overworked emergency services can be delayed in getting to an incident.
