Cynthia Mauleón has spent more than twenty years as an interpreter, including time working with Cuban refugees for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, interpreting for a medical team in a Mayan village, and as both a staff interpreter and interpreter supervisor for a regional trauma hospital. She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
