• A good historical view of the development of Christianity. The author challenges some of the dogmas that are typically taught. Some of his conclusions are questionable, but overall a good read with what I think will be some surprises for many Christians.
• Fascinating account of the how the Christian Religion is really the religion of Paul (Saul) not Jesus. Written by respected historian/scholar H. Schonfield who was selected as one of the Dead Sea scroll translators.
• This time period fascinates me. The book is full of surprises-- The author provides information about early Christianity that I've never read in another book. Loved it.
