Ruth Ravid, PhD, is professor emerita of education at National Louis University. She is the recipient of the AERA SIG Award for School-University Collaborative Research Service (2010), the NLU Faculty Excellence in Service Award (2004), and the Phi Delta Kappa Service Award (1999).
