About the Author:

Tony Higo is an 8th degree Black Belt and runs a chain of martial arts schools in the UK, he began his training in 1965 and started teaching in 1975 whilst still at school. Tony has fought in competition at international level and trained British, European and World Champions. In 1989 Tony Higo set 3 world records in the Guinness Book of Records for heel to ear level kicks including the setting of the still unbeaten 94 kicks in 10 seconds making him the World s Fastest High Kicker.
