Co-author, Dr. Paul A. Rodríguez is an adjunct professor for Cambridge College, (Inland Empire) in Rancho Cucamonga California. Cambridge College's main campus is located in Boston Massachusetts. He teaches undergraduate and graduate students introductory education, counseling, psychology and educational leadership/organizational management courses. Dr. Rodríguez is an assistant director, for curriculum & instruction in the Montebello Unified School District located in Southern California. He is a member of various educational organizations, including, the California League of High Schools, Association of California School Administrators, California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators and a California Awards for Performance Excellence California state examiner. Dr. Rodríguez has been in the educational profession for over thirty-two years, having served as an elementary teacher, high school guidance counselor, and high school principal. Prior to receiving his Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, Dr. Rodríguez received a B.A. in Philosophy from St. Mary's College in Moraga California, B.A. in Music History & Literature from Holy Names College, M.A. in Musicology from CSU, Fullerton, M.A in Education from Cal Poly Pomona California, and M.S. in School Counseling from University of La Verne in La Verne California.
