About the Author
DJ SHORTEE recently named Queen of the Scratch World by DJ Times, is a multigenre turnablist, producer, label owner (5 Star Records), Scratch DJ Academy instructor, and author. She has toured the globe for the last decade or so, rockin' everything from insane raves, b-boy battles, and hip-hop clubs to massive festivals, celebrity parties, and even the Playboy Mansion. She can be seen in the movie, Scratch. DJ Shortee is also a self-proclaimed scratch nerd, practice junkie, workaholic, and obsessed perfectionist!
