About the Author:
Carl Dahlstrom is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Gothenburg. B. Guy Peters is the Maurice Falk Professor of American Government in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh. Jon Pierre is a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Melbourne.
