Resolved, That this General Assembly does hereby enter its solemn protest against the interference of the State of Maine with the internal affairs of rhode-island, as an inter ference which can plead no constitutional sanction, and which deserves to be rebuked as a dangerous invasion of the most sacred rights of the Government and people of this State.
