About the Author
C.F. Keil era un exegetico aleman protestante. Fue profesor de exegesis del Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento y de lenguajes orientales durante 25 anos. En 1859 se establecio en Leipzig, donde se dedico al trabajo literario y a los asuntos de la iglesia Luterana. En 1887 se mudo a Rodlitz, donde continuo su actividad literaria hasta que fallecio.
