"Cypress College has been using Access for many years now and one of the major strengths of this introductory book is that it includes key information, avoiding mind-numbing, nonessential details that tend to turn off entry-level college students. Our students enjoy the book very much, and as a result, our success and retention rates have improved significantly."
"[T]his is one of the best resources I've seen in a long time. It's the must-have resource for those new to the industry, those returning to the industry after an extended period away and those who are considering a career move into the exciting world of the travel industry."
