About the Author:
Len Losik has trained in Korean martial arts for 27 years. He has earned 5th Dan Black Belts in both Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan and Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan simultaneously and a 3rd Dan in Soo Bahk. The author began writing martial arts magazine articles due to to the lack of credible articles about the author's styles, 26 years ago. Dr. Losik author many articles published in many magazines around the country. The author's martial arts articles have been published in countries around the world and on national and international web sites. Thanks to the content and accuracy of the author's martial arts magazine articles, the United States Korean martial arts community speaks more coherently and precisely today than they did 11 years ago. The author began writing books on martial arts as early as 1985. The author's first book was published in 1993 called the Tang Soo Do Question and Answer Book. The author has published over 30 other books on Korean martial arts, meditation, Tao te Ching and Confucius. The author has published books about Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do and Soo Bahk Hyungs, their creation, history and evolution. Dr. Losik has been an international resource on Korean martial arts for over 25 years and his many magazine articles and books have been translated in many languages around the world
