Brooklyn native Regina Leeds has brought order to home and work environments across the country since 1988 when she started her company, Get Organized! by Regina. Currently based in Los Angeles, her clientele run the gamut from studio executives and artists to businesspeople and housewives. Regina regularly travels throughout the United States to assist clients. Her favorite organizing task is unpacking a new home after a move.
Raised a Roman Catholic in Brooklyn, Regina later studied Religious Science for more than 10 years. Following the path of founder Ernest Holmes, she, too, studied the spiritual philosophies of the East. This serendipitously dovetailed with her work as a professional organizer and led to the birth of "Zen organizing."
Regina's first career as a professional actress (she received a Bachelor's degree in theater from Hunter College in Manhattan) has made the transition to teacher and seminar leader an easy one. Regina's credits as a professional actress include national commercials, guest spots on TV, theater roles, and three happy years recurring on The Young and the Restless.
In addition to her classes in getting organized, she offers a seminar in collaboration with Feng Shui master Nate Batoon. Regina has been featured in Redbook magazine, Delta Airlines in-flight magazine, and New Age Magazine, among others. She is a frequent contributor to the Home Channel at iVillage.com. You can find Regina on the World Wide Web at http://www.reginaleeds.com. Regina looks forward to returning home to New York. Hopefully, her Golden Retriever Katie will adapt to the highly aromatic streets of the city. Miss Katie is, by the way, a very organized dog.
