This is an updated and revised edition of the first book to provide a coherent context in which to understand Avalon's many mysteries. Nicholas Mann shows that the landscape features of the Isle and Tor, including the Glastonbury Zodiac, the Abbey, the Tor Labyrinth and the St Michael Ley Line are congruent expressions of Avalon's remarkable qualities as a focus for the magical and spiritual power of the English landscape.

About the Author
Nicholas Mann, who has a degree in ancient history and anthropology, lived on the Isle of Avalon in 1983. He conducted original fieldwork, led tours and wrote guidebooks to the area. He is the author of ten books, including The Silver Branch Cards (Druidway, 2000), Druid Magic (Llewellyn, 2000) and The Dark God (Llewellyn, 1996). This is a compilation of his research and experience.
