I was intrigued by people using plants to heal plants...
...so I wrote this book.

Bach Flower Remedies have been around for nearly seventy years. They work to balance negative emotions. Yet right from the start there have been persistent stories of people using them to help plants cope with upheavals like frost and transplanting, and even with blight and disease.

I decided to collect together the available stories about this kind of Bach Remedy use. I also heard from practitioners and correspondents around the world, who sent me their experiences on using remedies in the garden. And finally, I looked at the possible reasons why a therapy that deals with mental states could help living things that did not have 'minds'...
