From the Author

Fun to write, fun to read
Single and content. We are certainly working on that and writing this book has made us evaluate how we feel and made us refocus on God’s plan. We want to encourage you with hope, challenge you in your faith, make you laugh, and most of all, show you that you are not alone in your singleness. Did you know that more than 45 percent of the adults in the United States are single right now? In this book you’ll listen to four individual voices, hear from more than 25 Christian artists and speakers, and gain perspective from more than 555 surveyed who have been where you’ve been and know where you are. You may be looking for a self-help book, but we didn’t write one. You may find advice through the stories and hopefully see yourself in them. We especially enjoyed getting together about once a week for two years to banter about our positions in life and work on this project, while sharing Fritos and other crunch-worthy snacks. We also like what the Christian artists, like Rich Mullins, Heather Floyd from Point of Grace, Jeff Frankenstein from the Newsboys, and Rebecca St. James had to say.
