About the Author:
Lois Duncan was born in Philadelphia and grew up by the sea in Florida. She began writing and submitting manuscripts when she was ten and sold her first story when she was thirteen. Lois taught journalism and has contributed to a wide range of magazines. She is the author of over 40 books and lives with her family in North Carolina.
