About the Author:

David Gauntlett is professor of media and identities at the Media School, University of Bournemouth, UK. He is the author of the books Moving Experiences (John Libbey, 1995), Video Critical (John Libbey, 1997), TV Living (with Annette Hill; Routledge, 1999), and editor of Web.Studies: Rewiring Media Studies in the Digital Age (Arnold, 2000 & 2003).
