About the Author:
Gerard McAulay is a Grade 6 Driving Instructor. He decided to write 'Manoeuvres Made Easy' because a large number of his pupils, some from other driving schools, found so much difficulty with them. The 'McAulay Method' proved how simple these could be. "I had two pupils, in particular, who just could not deal with roundabouts," Gerard says, "both failed their driving tests twice before coming to me. After showing them my method they had no more problems and both passed their next test." As a professional driving instructor, coping with nervous and apprehensive pupils, 'McAulay's Method' has been proved practical, being tried and tested successfully on a daily basis.
