Synopsis
Sometimes, no matter how hard a man tries, nothing, but nothing, will go right. When Joel's wife Ellen announces she's pregnant, he gulps but prepares to accept the challenges of fatherhood, even if it means trading in his precious sax and looking for a steady job to provide for his offspring. But it's not that straightforward. Ellen has a little secret regarding the baby and she's got a race against time to make sure Joel doesn't find out. Then there's Joel's friend Monk, the most arrogant womaniser you could hope to meet, who has a warped agenda of his own. And when the three of them start plotting, planning and scheming, there can be only one result: total and utter chaos. Who said all men were useless? It may just be they were right...

About the Author
Brian Gallagher was born in Stockholm, Sweden and lived all over Europe as a child, learning several languages. He studied Law and Philosophy at University College, Dublin, earning money by busking with a clarinet all over Europe. Trained as a barrister in The Four Courts, Dublin, Brian Gallagher is now a full time writer, with ongoing involvement in film and music. He lives in Dublin.
