Craig Browne is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Sydney. Andrew P. Lynch holds an M.A. (Hons) from the University of Auckland, and a Ph.D. from the University of Sydney. He works at the University of Sydney, Australia.
