About the Author
Benjamin Riggs is a meditation teacher, author, essayist, and columnist. He has studied and practiced in both Buddhist and Christian monasteries in India and the United States. Currently, he lives in Shreveport, LA where he serves as the director of the Refuge Meditation Group.
