Fourth - The total amount of revenue raised for the fiscal year ending December 81 1901, for state purposes, which was not provided for b special taxation and apportioned to each county of the State of Oregon levied an collected and paid into the state treasury by each of said counties, being the resulting rate of taxation of mills on the total taxable property of the state, required to raise the sum of the said sum of being the total revenue raised for state purposes for the fisca year ending December 81, 1901.
