About the Author

Jon R. Katzenbach has been helping companies get extraordinary results from their employees for nearly fifty years. He was senior partner and director of McKinsey and Co.; he now directs his own firm, Katzenbach Partners LLC, a New York–based consulting firm that specializes in leadership, team building, and workforce performance.
