About the Author
The book is a collaboration led by experts at The Open University, UK. Editor and contributor Jonathan Silvertown is an ecologist in the Department of Life Sciences and is internationally known for his research on the evolution and ecology of plants. The other contributors are: Callum Roberts from the University of York, UK; Joanna Freeland from the Trent University, Canada; and from the Open University, UK, William Gosling, Tim Halliday, Donal O Donnell, Phil Sarre, Peter Skelton and David Robinson.
