Max Allen is a regular columnist for "G" and the "Weekend Australian Magazine," among other publications, and is the wine editor for "Australian Gourmet Traveller." He runs popular wine education courses in Melbourne and is a regular presenter and judge at wine tastings around the world. He is the author of "The Future Makers," "The Really Useful Pocket Wine Book," and "Red and White."
