About the Author:
E.K. Hein is a middle school teacher and an avid crime story fan. Fascinated by forensics, he has attended numerous special seminars at the Virginia Institute of Forensic Science and Medicine and has worked with world–renowned forensic toxicologist Dr. Fredric Rieders. He developed a curriculum unit, Investigating Crime Scenes in Literature, which was featured in The Wall Street Journal . He is the author of Partners in Crime: Integrating Language Arts and Forensic Science .
