Synopsis

About the Author
Ian Yule is a Senior Examiner and taught A-level law at Havering Sixth Form College for 15 years. He is also an author of the Philip Allan Updates AQA A2 Law textbook He is a member of the editorial board of A-level Law Review and is a regular contributor.
Peter Darwent is a Senior Examiner and is a Subject Sector Leader at Havering Sixth Form College. He is also a qualified solicitor.
