About the Author:

Kenneth C. Laudon is a noted expert in the world of Information Systems and Technology. He is a Professor of Information Systems at New York University¿s Stern School of Business, where he teaches courses on Electronic Commerce, Managing the Digital Firm, Information Technology and Corporate Strategy, Professional Responsibility, and Organizational Theory and Information Systems. He is the founder of Azimuth Interactive, Inc., a leading developer and marketer of E-learning materials for higher education and corporate training. He has written twelve best-selling books on topics related to his courses. He brings five years of E-commerce executive experience in technology platform, Web site design, marketing, infrastructure, business process design, and strategy to this book.

Carol Guercio Traver is General Consel and Vice President of Business Development at Azimuth Interactive, Inc.
