Dr Eugene McKenna is Emeritus Professor at the University of East London, and is on the Visiting Faculty, Business School, University of Strathclyde. He is a Chartered Psychologist, Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.
Dr Nic Beech is Professor of Management at the University of St Andrews and a visiting professor at the University of Strathclyde. He is the founding chair of the British Academy of Management special interest group on Identity, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
