Para obviar estos inconvenientes, el Supremo Gohier no ha tenido á bien disponer que dé yo á luz las dicta das desde que el ejército federal ocupó esta ciudad, co mo tambien las espedidas en ella desde 1858 hasta 60, sin omitir las libradas en el referido puerto, las cuales formarán un apéndice separado, siempre que no estén insertas en bandos publicados en México, pues las que sean de esta especie las colocaré aunque sean de fecha anterior, en la del mismo bando.
