Tous doivent adopter une politi que souple qui reconnaîtra une grande partie des principes que les révolu tions profanent mais qui les emploiera avec des formes de justice et avec une méthode qui ne tiendra ni de l'esprit d'innovation ni de l'enoeoûtement de l'ancienne routine.
