I use it myself several times each day!
We sell out the diary faster than we can stock them at our classes and at the New York Road Runners Club. It is really two books in one. Besides serving as an easy-to-use place to record your daily and weekly training, as well as your key speed workouts, long runs and races, it is a handy reference source. I refer to the charts for training paces, speed training and age-adjusted race prediction and scoring often. Lots of runners like using the sample 16-week marathon schedules since they are easy to flip to in the spiral-bound diary. This is my dream diary. It includes everything I've always wanted in a diary in my 30+ years of running.

About the Author:

Bob Glover is founder and president of Robert H. Glover and Associates, Inc., a sports and fitness consulting firm. Since he founded the program in 1978, Glover has directed the running classes for the New York Road Runners.

Shelly Glover is a certified exercise physiologist with a master's degree from Columbia University; she coaches all levels of runners and is a frequent competitor.
